STRUCTURE FRAME.
The machine frame is made of tested cold-rolled hollow shape steel, which characterizes high strength, shock absorption and being free from deformation.

STRUCTURE OF SANDING BELT TENSIONING BEAM
Adopting the structure of double air cylinder to tension the sanding  belt, so as to balance the forces on every points of the belt and also ensure the smooth rotary running, improving service life and sanding effect of the belt.
ROLLERS
The rollers diameter is bigger and the rollers have been made dynamic balanced precisely, this makes the machine to run smoothly and improve the calibrating power.

STOCK REMOVAL
Can be adjusted according to the requirement.
Ability of the stock removal / amount of calibration can be more than 3 mm.
Can calibrate 1.5 mm at a reasonably high speed.

TOLERANCE
We claim that even during high amount of calibration the  accuracy is ± 0.1mm though it is lesser than this in actual.

BRAKES
Very powerful pneumatic brakes are provided in the machine.

DRIVE
Use frequency controlled drive to feed, this can improve the productive efficiency. Feed speed 6~30 m/min.
